The following Job work is urgently required to be carried out through trade for smooth functioning of External electric supply through the transformer for MRS Bakloh and repair work urgently required for SFTS and MH Bakloh cantt area unitrupted power supply at Bakloh cantt under AGE I Dalhousie., Material and Labour for Taking down and Disconnecting the HT or LT cable connection of existing outdoor type 400 KVA transformer 11000 or 440 volts and Disconnecting HT or LT and earth termination connections from transformer taking down the transformers from plinth or platform and loading into the vehicle transporting the same to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and back reconnecting HTor LT connections at site and charging the transformer on load commissioning and testing including meggar test at site, Material and Labour for Draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover alongwith conservator tank, taking out core assembly after disconnecting connections, rewinding the same size and type of copper conductor and number of turns and insulating material such as paper insulator sleeves, heating etc. Putting back the core assembly into the tank after removing sludge and refixing top cover and conservator including replacement of gasket, nut, bolts and washers and carring out type tests as per IS 2026 all as directed by Engineer - in - charge for 400 KVA capacity transformer-01 No , Supply and fixing Tap changer Assembly complete with checking proper voltage setting complet all as specified, Material and Labour for replacement of burned or rusty core with 53 grade imported CRGO material suitable for 400 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 95 KG, Supply and Fixing in repairs breather assembly with silica gel suitable in situ for transformer of 400 KVA capacity rating as directed, Supply and fixing LT Side bush brass connection with nut, bolt and washer suitable for transformer 400 KVA capacity rating complet 02 Nos, Supply and fixing HT Side bush brass connection with nut, bolt and washer suitable for transformer 400 KVA capacity rating complet 02 Nos, Supply and filling new transformer oil having 60 KV di-electric strength and conforming to IS for replacement or topping up to oil level mark at the conservator - 250 Ltr, Material and Labour for Filteration and dehiydration of old transformer oil, in situ, to achieve dielectric strength of the oil not less than 50 KV all as directed by Engineer-in-charge - 125 Ltr, Material and Labour for welding of broken conservator assembly before filling of transformer oil complete all as specified and directed - 01 Nos, Material and Labour for replcement of Iorn wheel for body with locking pin of transforemer complete all as specified - 04 nos, Supply and fixing of insulation cork washer/ sheel / gesket of Top cover of transformer before tighting of nut bolt and washer complete - 01 nos, Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of 400 KVA transformer with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painted including writing 5m MES numbers complete all as specified and directed - 01 No, Material and Labour fabrication of MS end termination box HV side with cover made of 3mm thick MS sheets including fibre board insulation sheets & including nut bolts and washer including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of red oxide zinc chorme primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 01 No, "Material and Labour for complete Testing of transformers of 400 KVA capcity before installation at MRS Sub stn Bakloh cant by performing following tests -, 1.IR Value on L.V and H.V side using 500 V and 5KV Megger respectively., 2.Ratio on all the taps., 3.Magnetic Balance tests on L.V and H.V., 4.Vector group., 5.Magnetizing current., 6.Winding Resistance Test on H.V and LV terminals.
